Domestic Shipping Information:
- 1-3 pairs of shoes= $12.50 per pair.
- More than 3 pairs- shipping will be by UPS Ground due to package volume. Cost is still $12.50 per pair.
- Add $10 for shoes shipped to AK , HW, and U.S. Territories -shipped by Priority Mail.
- Up to 3 clothing items may be combined with shoe orders for no extra charge. More than 3 clothing items added- see check out for price.
- 1-3 Apparel and or accessory items= $8.50 by Priority Mail. More than 4 items- see check out for price.
- All orders will ship the first business day after they are received. (Meaning Friday and Weekend orders will ship Mondays)
- Tracking information will be emailed to you at the time of order processing. Please check your spam box if you do not receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your order for weekday orders or by Monday Noon U.S. Pacific Standard time for orders placed on Fridays or weekends. If you still do not have a tracking number after checking your spam please contact us.

Order Cancellation Policy:
You cannot cancel your order after you click Place Your Order on the "Confirm and Submit" page in PayPal. You can exit an order before placing it. Leaving our website before completing your order will also cancel the transaction. If you change your mind for any reason after placing your order, be assured that you can return any unwanted items to us after you receive them in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Return for Exchange of an Item:
- All items exchanged must be unworn and original box, and all original contents, (i.e. retro cards, or cases, etc.).
- Exchanges must be returned within 14 days of the delivery of your item. (For Christmas we extend this period to 14 days after Christmas Day)
- Certain items CANNOT be returned, i.e. DMP packages, etc. Please check product descriptions before placing your order or requesting exchange. Items not qualifying for exchange will be clearly stated in the details of each item.
Returning your purchase for refund:
- All items returned must be unworn, in the original box, and contain all original contents, (i.e. retro cards, cases, extra laces, etc.) or refund will reflect a 20% restocking fee.
- You must return your unworn shoes within 14 days of receipt of your item. (For Christmas we extend this period to 14 days after Christmas Day)
- Shipping charges incurred by the customer for returns are not refundable.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not issue return labels.
- Processing of refunds may take up to 15 business days from the time we receive your return. Notice to Credit Card Users: It may take up to one billing cycle for the refund to show on your credit card depending on your credit card establishment.
