For weightlifting the F-LITE MAX features a rigid TPU heel stabiliser, with the wide fit of the shoes giving your toes room to splay and form a solid base for movements such as squats and deadlifts. The shoe's MET-CRADLE wraps around your midfoot to form a protective, stabilising support when lifting heavy or performing high intensity movements such as jumps. Under your feet, our renowned and dependable rubber grip allows you to plant your feet with confidence, while our POWERFLOW MAX midsole foam gives you the perfect balance of cushioning and rigidity.

Despite all of the technical features, you'll feel agile and powerful in these shoes when performing any type of exercise. The POWERFLOW MAX midsole combines with the F-LITE's BOOMERANG FOOTBED to provide energy return and bounce when performing high intensity cardio or plyometric exercises.
